For over 20 years we have served the Sacramento community. Below are some consistent questions we have been asked throughout the years. If you have any additional questions, please fill out our inquiry form or call us at: 1-866- 723-3916
1. What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending upon a resident’s level of care. For a free assessment or an email consult, please email or call us at: 1-866- 723-3916
2. Is medication included in the rate?
Medication is not included in the rate. We manage each resident’s medication and ensure prescription delivery or pick up.
3. Do you provide transportation to medical appointments.
We have several professional transportation agencies we work with and can arrange a caregiver to assist at an additional cost.
4. Do you offer Hospice Care?
Each facility is able to accommodate two Hospice residents.
5. Do you have a nurse on-staff?
No, we do not have a nurse on our premises. We work closely with the resident’s medical team and family to ensure proper communication.
6. How many caregivers do you employ?
We employ one caregiver for every three residents as well as an awake night shift.
7. Do you take insurance?
We have worked with many long-term care insurance companies throughout the years. All of our residents are private pay.
8. Is this a long-term contract?
All of our residents pay on a month-to-month basis. We only request a 30-day notice should our residents transition.
9. Does your staff live on the premises? Is there people awake at night?
We have 3 daily shifts and have no staff rooms. We believe in the importance of our employees happiness and independence (away from their work environment). We invest in awake nightshift as it’s important to turn/shift our bedridden residents, assist those who are incontinent, supervise those who are fall risks and ensure the overall safety or the entire home.
10. How are your care homes managing Covid-19?
We placed Facebook Portals in all our facilities when Covid-19 began to spread in 2020. We practice surveillance testing on our staff weekly and sanitize public areas multiple times a day. All of our staff and residents have the option of receiving the Covid-19 vaccines – many have already received it.
11. What kind of activities do your care homes do?
Besides holiday crafts and gatherings, our activities are based on the individual. Many of our homes enjoy chair exercises or walks after breakfast. Some of our residents enjoy puzzles, bingo or other board games. We had residents who was part of the library mailing service or liked to garden. Whatever your loved one enjoys, we will provide activity options.
